The exhibition Sports Museum: Safeguarding Sports Heritage in Laško

The exhibition Sports Museum: Safeguarding Sports Heritage in Laško shows, through selected photographs and museum objects, some selected industries that have had a profound impact on Slovenian sports history in the past and still today. The exhibition was premiered in the center of Ljubljana in 2023, and this year it toured the United States.

We cordially invite you to the opening of the exhibition Sports Museum: Safeguarding Sports Heritage in Laško. The opening will be on Monday, June 2, 2025, at 5 p.m., on the lawn next to the Savinja Pub in Laško. The event will be enriched by a performance by students of the Laško – Radeče Music School, a conversation with successful athlete Rok Marguč, and a guided tour of the exhibition. The program is being prepared in cooperation with the Laško Museum.
